CRD and partners have unique capacity and a wealth of experience in the field of public sector development, investment, institutional strengthening and public administration. CRD is the leading Somali local instituipnal that has supported the setup of federal states and has been leading the district formations. CRD have got recent, direct, and relevant experience of implementing a similar ToRs.
